What you will work on:

You'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing entire projects end to end, from idea to launch. To do so, you'll have to work closely with design, operations, and (of course) creators.

You will be building out the existing core Throne platform which includes problems such as...

• Build efficient UI components used by millions of creators & fans every month
• Work on our mobile-optimized creator dashboard, directly impacting how a constantly growing group of creators interacts with Throne
• Extend our integrations with platforms like Twitch, Twitter, StreamLabs & Co to deliver engaging, gamified experiences for fans & creators
• Implement a smooth, coherent UX throughout our product
• Build new features from our roadmap in quick iteration cycles. Our feature output per person is extremely high and the impact you’ll have is enormous - no bureaucracy

You'll ideally...

• Have at least 1 year of software engineering experience - we are hiring across all seniority levels
• Have experience in our tech stack (React/Redux/Typescript/SCSS)
• As a plus you will have worked with:
  • Chakra or a similar UI library (our UI components are building on top of AntD currently)
  • Elastic Search (which we use for our recommendations and our product search UI)
  • Firebase (our backend)
  • Figma (for mockups & more)
• Have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently make good decisions for our users and the business
• Have fun writing clean, maintainable, and performant code
• Be a builder - you ship MVPs that are not always perfect and improve these over time based on user feedback
  • We believe iterating without user feedback for too long doesn’t work, we involve our users as much as possible to build the best product
• Be comfortable shipping features end-to-end, from defining the product spec to deploying to production
